- Create virtual worlds using our proprietary software alongside modern 3D editing and simulation tools.
- Work with huge enterprises players on large-scale projects with constantly adapting technologies
- Work with Python and Unreal Engine to develop tools and automation for 3D world generation and simulation workflows.
- Contribute to simulation workflows using CARLA in Unreal Engine to support autonomous driving and AI development.
- Work with our CPO and Product Manager on planning, executing and continuously improving project delivery.

Your profile
Combine strong Python engineering with hands-on experience in 3D tools and simulation environments
- Hands-on experience with 3D software, simulation tools or visualization systems as well as experience with Unreal Engine or other real-time 3D engines.
- Solid programming skills in Python and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Strong ownership and proactive mindset: you take initiative, push solutions forward and actively improve pipelines.
- Experience with large projects for enterprise customers with numerous dependencies
- Strong attention to detail when validating the accuracy and quality of 3D assets and simulation environments.
- Proven ability to build, debug and maintain complex pipelines consisting of multiple dependencies.
- Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a plus.
- Structured and solution-oriented problem solving: you investigate issues hands-on and continuously optimize workflows.
- Comfortable working closely with developers and product teams in an agile, startup-style environment.

We are a young, dynamic software startup based in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. As a modern company with a hybrid working model, parts of our team are based in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Munich, and Sofia, Bulgaria, and we also have additional colleagues working remotely across Germany.
